Before launch

This policy is drafted to a GDPR structure and names the controller correctly. It still needs review by a data-protection lawyer, and the remaining bracketed fields — registration numbers and retention periods — must be confirmed.

Who is responsible for your data

The controller is Medical consulting solutions s.r.o., Maxe Malého 168/34, 503 01 Plácky, Hradec Králové, Czech Republic, reachable at reprolegal@gmail.com. If we appoint a data protection officer, their contact details will appear here. Our company registration number and VAT number are [IČO] and [DIČ].

What we collect

What you send us. Name, email address, country of residence, and anything you write in the message field of the enquiry form or in WhatsApp.
What you tell us on a call. Notes about your situation, which may include information about your health, fertility history or family circumstances.
Technical data. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referring source, collected through our analytics tools and through Cloudflare, which serves this website.

Special category data

Information about fertility, medical history and family status is special category personal data under Article 9 of the UK and EU GDPR. We process it only where you have given explicit consent by choosing to send it to us, and only to answer your enquiry and coordinate a programme. You can withdraw that consent at any time and we will delete the record.

Who else sees it

We share only what is necessary, and only with:

Formspree — delivers the enquiry form to our inbox.
Google — Analytics and Tag Manager, if you accept analytics cookies.
Cloudflare — serves and protects the website.
Cal.com — if you book a call yourself.
Clinics, independent counsel and, where relevant, a surrogate or donor programme — only once you have engaged us and only with the data needed for that step.

Some of these providers are outside the EEA. Transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. [Confirm the mechanism for each processor before launch.]

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become clients: 24 months from the last contact, then deleted. [Confirm this period.]
Client files: 10 years after the programme ends, because contracts and parentage documents may need to be produced later. [Confirm against Czech accounting and limitation rules.]
Analytics data: as configured in Google Analytics, currently 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting what we did before you withdrew it. Write to reprolegal@gmail.com and we will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with our answer, you may complain to a supervisory authority. Because the controller is established in the Czech Republic, the lead authority is the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7. You may also complain to the authority of the EU country where you live.

Cookies

We set only what is needed to serve the site until you choose otherwise. Analytics loads only after you accept it in the banner. Details are on the cookie policy page.

Children

This site is not directed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects you, tell you directly.
